職業規劃：成為學科服務的專家。（這個崗位在職務上不會有太大的發展，所以只能定位為「專家」）
能夠融入到一線科研工人員的研究中，成為科研人員申報項目、跟蹤行業發展、成果鑒定等不可或缺的信息支撐。
我認識一個人，從事這崗位，教授們要申報項目時，把相法、思路與他交流後，他就可以獨立地把所有申報書、表格填寫完成，而且幾乎沒有失敗。
